Nagappan
FounderNagappan is the Founder and Principal Architect. Nagappan graduated from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. He trained under Rajeev Agarwal Architects and INTACH Pondicherry. Before starting Trigun Studio, he was a Partner and Studio Head at DesignQube Coimbatore from 2015 to 2022. At Designqube, he has led a multi-disciplinary team and has worked on various projects of varied scale and typology. Nagappan has a passion for academics and has been teaching since 2009. He has worked as a visiting faculty member at the Tamil Nadu School of Architecture and the CARE School of Architecture. He occasionally visits many architecture colleges as an external examiner and guest lecturer. He follows Sadhguru and regularly volunteers/facilitates programs and activities for the Isha Foundation.
Anu
Co-FounderAnu is the Co-Founder and Interior Designer. Anu graduated from the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore. Anu has formally trained in Indian classical dance and has undergone training in painting at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore. After exploring different art forms like painting, textiles, pottery, etc., she and Nagappan founded Trigun Studio. Her eye for detail and intuitive design capabilities add great depth and new dimensions to all our projects. She has high regard for Indian Traditional Arts and Crafts and has a vast knowledge of Indigenous textiles of our country. She is also a meticulous yoga practitioner and explores historical monuments and cities in her free time.
